Compared to many people, my life was just fine so I won't complain too much.  But when it comes to my own fitness, 2009 was a bad year.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In 2006, I finished the Marine Corps Marathon is 3:45.  In 2007, I was trying to qualify for Boston Marathon and ran over 20 miles at sub 7:30 pace.  At the time, my weight was about 190.  Since then, my fitness routine has completely broken down.  I weigh 208.  That is unacceptable.  Parts of me that shouldn't jiggle are jiggling.  Not good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, here are my goals for April 1st 2010:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.  Weight down to 180.&lt;br /&gt;2.  I can run 10 miles in less than 75 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;3.  I can do 50 push-ups without resting.&lt;br /&gt;4.
